All our mixes are grain free, vegan optional, refined sugar free and never contain anything artificial.

We’re here to make your life easier. Detailed instructions of how to prepare each mix is on the back of the pack. For details on which ingredients you will need to add to your mix, check out the product page.
Store the mix in a cool dry place. Our mixes do not contain any preservatives or additives (yey!), so once baked they are usually best stored in the fridge for up to 5 days unless specified differently on the pack.
While we do not use any gluten or dairy containing products within our mixes, some of our ingredients might have come into contact with gluten or dairy and might contain traces of these allergens, but we hope to be able to change this very soon. On the other hand, all our mixes are vegan.
While some of our ingredients are organic, our products are not yet legally certified organic. Organic certification is a long (and time consuming!) process that we’re still in the process of completing.
Yes, our packs can be recycled.

We currently ship our products throughout the UK.
At this time, we do not ship internationally :( keep an eye out as we grow though - we hope to be in your country soon (let us know where you want it so we make it a priority?)
Shipping for all orders over GBP 30 is free. Shipping cost for orders below GBP 30 is GBP 2.99.
We process most orders within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2-3 days. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a shipping confirmation and all the tracking info.

Since our products are food items, all sales are final and cannot be returned. However, if there’s an error with your order or if an item arrives defective (we’re so sorry!), please email us at hello@eatgoodmess.com  and we will take good care of you ASAP!
