- In a big bowl, whisk the eggs and the vanilla.
- Add the melted and cooled coconut oil.
- Add the brownie mix and knead the dough, until you form a ball.
- Let it rest for 20 to 30 min.
- Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the dough on it and flatten it out in a big round shape as thin as cookies.
- Bake for 10 min.
- Let cool on a baking sheet for 5 min, then transfer to a wire rack to cool before digging in!
