20-25 min (or until a toothpick comes out dry)

TIPS

Add ½ cup of chopped walnuts, ½ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries, or ¼ cup of chocolate chips to the batter to mix it up!

STORAGE

Once baked, store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

1 pack of our banana bread mix
3 eggs (or a vegan alternative)
3 medium ripe bananas
1,5 tablespoons of olive oil, or melted and cooled coconut oil or butter

Preheat the oven to 170°C
If using coconut oil melt and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl: whisk the eggs (or vegan alternative), then add the oil and mashed bananas and mix.
Add the banana bread mix and mix again.
Grease a muffin tin or line it with parchment paper, or use baking cups and pour the batter in.
Bake for 20-25 min (or until a toothpick comes out dry).
Remove from the tin and let them cool on a rack before digging in.
