- Preheat the oven to 170o.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and the vanilla.
- Add in the oil or butter and mix.
- Dissolve the coffee or espresso in 1 tbsp of hot water and poor it in the bowl.
- Add the Good Mess brownie mix and mix well.
- Pour the batter in a tin (we use a 9''x9'') greased or lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 15 min or until a toothpick comes out dry.
- Remove from the tin and let it cool on a rack before cutting and digging in!
